Terms

Last updated: [DATE]

These terms cover your purchase of the Cash Stuffing Guide bundle (the “Guide”) from Anotha (“we”, “us”). By buying or downloading the Guide you agree to them.

What you get

The Guide is a digital product: a PDF, a Markdown (.md) file and three printable trackers. It is delivered as a download after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Educational use only, not financial advice

The Guide explains one budgeting method in general terms. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. We make no promise about savings, income or any other result. What you get out of it depends on your own situation and choices. For advice about your own money, speak to a qualified professional.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for yourself and your household. You may:

  • read it on any of your devices;
  • print the trackers as many times as you need for your own use;
  • paste the Markdown file into an AI tool you use, to summarise it or tailor it to your own budget.

You may not:

  • resell, share, post or give away the Guide or any part of it;
  • use it to train or build a product or service for others;
  • remove our name or the disclaimer from it.

We keep the copyright. The licence does not transfer ownership.

Payment

Payments are handled by our checkout provider, [CHECKOUT PROVIDER, e.g. Whop], under its own terms. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any tax the checkout adds. We never see your full card details.

Refunds

[REFUND POLICY: decide this before launch. State clearly whether you offer refunds, for how many days, and how to ask. Digital products are often not refundable once downloaded, but local consumer law may give you rights that this page cannot remove.]

Changes to the Guide

We may update the Guide. [DECIDE: whether buyers receive updates, and for how long.]

No guarantees, and limits on our liability

The Guide is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE]. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM: where disputes are heard, and any rules for buyers in the US and elsewhere.]
