This page explains what Anotha (“we”) does with your information when you visit this site, join the email list or buy the Cash Stuffing Guide.
What we collect, and why
- Your email, if you join the list. You tick a box and we send you a confirmation email; you are only added once you click it. We use your email to tell you when the Lorelai app launches. We keep the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed. The list is kept in our database (Supabase) and our email provider (Resend). You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Purchase details, if you buy. Our checkout provider, Whop, collects your name, email and payment details to take payment and deliver the download. We never see your full card number. We receive your email, the payment ID and the payment status, so we can confirm your order and send you an order email. A purchase on its own does not put you on the marketing list.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records technical data such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- This site does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics. [UPDATE THIS if you add analytics, a pixel or any other tracker.]
Who else sees it
Only the services above, which process data for us under their own privacy terms: Supabase (database), Resend (sending email), Whop (payments) and Vercel (hosting). They may process data in other countries, including the United States. We share information with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe. We keep purchase records for as long as the law or our accounts require. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM periods.]
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the list, by emailing anotha@carpathian.io. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or South Africa’s POPIA. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM which apply and add the required wording.]
Children
The Guide is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under [AGE, e.g. 13 or 16 depending on the law]. If you think a child has given us their email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
